• Regular Orders will be delivered within 7 working days of placing the order – depending on availability of stock. However, in situations beyond Dorje’s control, there may be circumstances when there is a delay. In such a case, you will receive a call or notification from us confirming the earliest date of delivery for your product.
• In the event of a non-delivery that occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong info provided) Any extra cost incurred by Dorje for re-delivery shall be borne by you.
